Horseface

The vibe is angry.

Alex Dallas is angry, and she has every reason to be.

This is a fifty-minute tale of the men in her life being complete a-holes and abusers.  The question is raised at the start of this searing yet funny one-woman show - Is it OK to kick a man in the balls? The question is pretty well answered by the end of the show.  I’m not going to give away the answer, but you can probably guess it correctly.

This show is funny, painful, enraging, and horrifying, frequently at the same time. Combining classic British wit and restraint with burning anger, Dallas takes us through her life and leaves us staggered at the trauma she’s suffered at the hands of men who didn’t deserve her trust. This is a brilliant fifty minutes laughing at the darkest chapters of someone’s life, and it’s 50 minutes well spent.

As a man, you should leave this show angry at the behaviour of so many men. Whatever your gender, however, you should go and see this brilliant show, because we should all be angry about it.
