In her book, Swan examines the expectations of women of her generation and beyond and invites us to re-examine what we've been taught to believe about ourselves and ask how it could be different.

Dana Hansen interviews Swan. Hansen is a professor at Humber Polytechnic, a writer, a book reviewer and the founding publisher of Hamilton Review of Books.

The 45-minute conversation is followed by 15 minutes of audience questions*.
